I want to make sure everybody feels safe and comfortable during yoga. I encourage my students to stay in the present, be non-judgemental, smile and enjoy.
In my classes I like to build up strength and stamina, I invite my students to challenge themselves, to find new depth, or length in their bodies. I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your previous experience, gender or age.
Yoga helped me to overcome with migraine, upper back pain, diet problems and anxiety. I teach about how to become more aware of the body, exercise mindfully, be patient with ourselves, as well as others.
I strongly believe in self-development, I love to challenge myself in different areas of life and inspire others to do the same for themselves.
