Please note that you should arrive on time as the front door will be closed at the beginning of each class and you will not be able to enter in the event of a delay!

You don't need to change your routine if you don't want to! Keep practicing with us and your favourite instructors at the usual time online.

Our online classes take place via ZOOM. If you feel like joining in, you'll need a device with ZOOM on it (either your laptop, mobile phone or tablet will do perfectly).

Or from Google play /the apple store (ZOOM Cloud Meetings).

All you need to do from here on is opening the email you receive 10 minutes prior to class and clicking on the link from ZOOM. This will automatically take you to the online class.

Your current passes are valid for the online classes. If you don't hold a pass, you can purchase a discounted drop-in class ticket or a 4-occasion online pass. (These online passes will stay valid on reopening the studio.)

We are sorry to inform you we cannot take cash or SZÉP card payments at the moment.
In case you are an AYCM card holder, You are entitled to contribute to the classes by an optional amount through the AYCM card Charity program.

Please get ready before the class starts.
Light a candle or put a few drops of your favourite essential oils in the diffuser.
Get your mat ready and/or any props you might need (yoga blocks, straps, blankets, cushions, towels, water, etc.)

Get the device ready making sure you can hear and see it well. Make sure you have enough space around you to move freely 🙂

Bring your family along to practice or ensure 75 minutes of me-time for yourself 😉
