At the age of 15 I started meditating and learning how to handle my own energies and direct me towards spiritual development and self-healing. Meditation has been a part of my daily life ever since. As a healing therapist, I have been dealing with people turning to me for 12 years and helping them to find themselves and teach them how to consciously manage their own energy system.
However, in my life physical and mental self-defense plays a central role, as a healer I have focused on studying the internal defense of the body for the last 10 years.
My Hungarian and Oriental masters and teachers helped me a lot in this.
I started doing martial arts 3 years ago because I felt I needed to integrate spiritual development with the realities of everyday life.
After that I became acquainted with yoga, but my relationship with it was fulfilled with the help of aromatherapy.
By combining aromatherapy and yoga I have achieved a great health-preserving effect and I would like to pass it on to others.
Aromatherapy does not take away the traditional elements of yoga, but complements the therapeutic possibilities of the present day, thus enhancing its beneficial effect on physical and mental health.
